What can i use as an anti-inflammatory from my house??

my neck is swollen because i had an allergic reaction when i ate something, its sooo sore, i really need some anti-inflammatory but i cant go out and buy some or get anybody to get me some right now....is there anything from around the house thatll work as an one or work something like "deep heat"(the spray)???
