Virgin Media call centre?

I am so sick of calling Virgin Media and not being able to understand what the person is saying, it's so infuriating!!!!! Each time I call I speak to an indian sounding lady who is very nice but I cannot understand her and she cannot always understand me!! Are these centres actually in India?
