So...i dont have a problem right?
You're causing yourself a eating disorder. You won't be able to function in cl better, your grades will drop, you'll be tired more and you'll become behind in things. If you're trying to lose weight, set up workout sessions and foods to eat. Start by drinking water and stop drinking sugary drinks like soda and sport drinks, unless it's 0 calorie. Eat granola bars after or before working out. Don't push yourself if you can't do it, know your limits. Don't starve yourself, it's putting you in a bad position. Try walking around your neighborhood for 30 minutes or running on the treadmil. Try joining your closest gym. Take a dance cl or zumba cl, it won't even feel like a work out. Even doing chores around your house can burn calories. Just fund things you like to do that burns calories and eat right and I garuntee that you'll be losing the correct weight. (=
