Is there any website that offers a free live feed of satellite images that can be used for live surveillance?

I'm not sure if there is such a thing like that. the government probably has one. that is too expensive to do... goodluck! now if you say webcam i've heard that some company offer that kind of stuff where they install a webcam for you which you can check online so you can be anywhere and you can check your place for like $10 a month or something...
