Why did the WWE put The Big Show in the Money in the Bank + Who will fill in the Last Two Spots?

I think it will be Drew McIntyre maybe since he is supposed to return this week. If he doesn't it will be Dolph Ziggler and MVP. Anyway my second choice is Dolph Ziggler to even out the heels and faces in the match since the faces are Christian, Hardy, Kingston, and Big Show. While the heels would be Cody Rhodes, Kane (Not sure if he is full heel since he is attacking faces and heels), Drew McIntyre (if he returns) and Dolph Ziggler. MVP will most likely be in it if McIntyre doesn't return. Plus Vickie will most likely get Dolph in the match and Mr. McMahon will get "The Chosen One" in the match.
