I'm a 16 year old male 5'8 143lbs. I weight lift 3 times a week and jog 3 times a week. I started a 3 day plan in may. I'm seeing results. I used to do a 5-7 day workout plan for a year and a half till I learned that wasn't good for me. I feel like my weights have ceased and cant figure out how to overcome this. please help me.
