My toothache, would you please, please help me???

hello i have had a tooth ache for 3 or 4 days now...the very first thing i have done was of course make an appointment with the dentist..which was today...i went in there got x-rays..and they didnt do a damn thing to stop the pain...i have really bad teeth and its going to cost around seven thousand dollars to fix them...i do not have this kind of money right now 2 spend at the dentist office, and also i dont have dental insurance which is why its soooo high...i have tried using clove oil, orajel, anbesol, peanut er..warm water with salt...everything i can think of and its really starting to irritate the $%^T out of me..i feel as if im starting to get depressed about it actually..i cant spend the time i want with my family friends or even enjoy doing things because i cant concentrate on anything at all...i cant sleep or anything. also, it is not sensitive to any hot or cold things..its just a sharp pain and will not STOP..so please can anybody tell me any advice that will might work for me? i have tried everything in the book that i can think of...and im ready to get some sleep..work at 5am :(
