Strange things that scare you or spook you?

Are there any things that scare you for no obvious reason...stuff you find creepy despite no obvious presence of danger, either real or imagined, to you or to anyone else? For instance, I find the idea of footage of people's deaths ,which are kept in an archvie but never shown, to be quite scary. (Like Tommy Cooper's.) Also, even the idea of films whose negative have been lost is strangely creepy to me. Anyone else like spooked by something similarly strange, or am I just weird?
