Is Rock Springs, Wyoming still bad with drugs, or has it been improving, honestly?

I'd say it is still bad. My father was thinking about moving there for his job, but his company wouldn't let him because of all the meth problems. I'm from Cheyenne, where there are obvious meth issues. I know kids in junior high school that have tried it! The media (newspapers, local TV news) refuse to report anything about it. Even in the police blotters featured in the papers it will tell of people being arrested for drunk driving, domestic violence, but it never once mentions anything drug related.
