FFA sponsorship letter!?

This year for my FFA SAE project i had two lambs and medium-wool (Wyatt) and a fine-wool (Travis) last summer i wrote a letter to a bank who usually sponsors our ffa chapter with money for animal projects. Along with 3 other people i got $500, just for writing a essay about how being in FFA and agriculture has changed my life. At shows i placed 4th 3 times with Wyatt and with Travis i placed Reserve Breed Champion Finewool, 2nd place at our county show and 5th place at the STAR of Texas fair and rodeo. That $500 bought my lamb Travis so i need a unique way of showing my appreciation for them sponsoring me. We are required to write a long hand written thank you note but i want to go above and beyond that! any ideas?:)
